Reduce
The Z-Box’s flat design significantly reduces CO₂ emissions by optimizing transportation. Each 40ft shipping container can carry up to 12 Z-Boxes, minimizing transportation and reducing the carbon footprint.
Reuse
The individual components of the Z-Box are designed for easy disassembly, and can be reused during maintenance or repairs. This extends the life of the Z-Box and reduces material usage.
Recycle
Our containers are fully recyclable. The materials can be easily separated so they are not thrown away at the end of their life cycle.
Multi-level Z-Boxes
Our team has developed a second floor for Z-Boxes. With our custom-made stairs and bridges, the top floor remains accessible to the end user 24/7.
All technical solutions are mounted to existing screw holes in the container, so that all containers remain completely intact. With this solution, we guarantee the preservation of the residual value of the containers.
Green roofs
Stellar recently began investigating the possibility of passively cooling Z-Box containers. One such way is the use of green roofs. These are green sedum roofs that are installed according to FFL guidelines after the sedum has been grown at another location.
A sedum roof helps cool the interior of the Z-Box during warmer periods, keeping the interior temperature inside the Z-Box constant for longer.
