Solar-powered LED lighting for containers: smart, sustainable interior lighting

At Universal Storage Containers, we continue to further develop our products. In doing so, we always focus on sustainability and ease of use. With this in mind, we began developing smart lighting solutions for our containers.

We are therefore introducing our solar-powered LED lighting: a practical and powerful upgrade for container storage.

The light operates completely off-grid. No wiring, no additional electricity costs, and no complicated installation. During the day, the solar panel automatically charges the battery. As soon as it gets dark and motion is detected, the light turns on, exactly when it is needed.

With 106 efficient LEDs, the lamp ensures excellent visibility inside the container. The built-in motion sensor prevents unnecessary energy consumption, extending battery life and enhancing safety.

The unit is suitable for outdoor use (IP65) and resistant to various weather conditions, from hot summers to cold winters. Thanks to the separate solar panel with a 5-meter cable, the panel can be placed in the optimal sunny position while the light is mounted inside the container.

In addition to the practical benefits, this solution aligns perfectly with our vision for sustainable, low-maintenance products. Zero emissions during use, a long lifespan, and minimal maintenance make it a future-proof choice for modern storage facilities.

In short: reliable lighting without a grid connection, automatic operation, and added safety. A small addition with a significant impact, especially after dark.

A prime example of this is the Storage Den facility, where one system per container has been implemented per section.
